Performance
Cobetter quartz fiber disc membranes filters are made from pure quartz fibers without binders. The filtration efficiency of the membrane is greater than 99.99% as measured by the DOP test with 0.3μm particles, making them ideal membrane for manual sampling of PM2.5, PM10 and TSP. The membranes are resistant to temperatures up to 900°C and acidic gases, so they are suitable for high temperature flue particulate collection and sampling in acidic air environments. Quartz fiber disc membranes have a low heavy metal content, making them suitable for use in the determination of metal content in airborne particulate matter.
