NPPG Multipoly Filter Cartridges

Cobetter Multipoly series filter can be well used in the pretreatment of various disperse type inks, such as ceramic ink, solvent ink, UV ink, dispersing dye ink, etc. Up to a dozen gradients of polypropylene fiber membrane, providing a higher service life, meanwhile the use of nanofiber materials can meet the higher requirements of ink filtration.

  • Large dirt holding capacity and filtration area
This filter adopts gradient filter membrane material with more than 16 layers, whose pore size changes gradually, which can bear more impurities and extend the service life. 

  • Higher interception efficiency
Gradient nanofiber material can provide better interception efficiency, especially aim to the inks with nanoscale particle impurities. 

  • Certain de-gel capacity
Membrane folding structure of more than 16 layers has certain interception effect on the deformable colloidal impurities in the ink, and plays a good protection effect on the downstream filters. 

  • Multiple choice
Targeted to develop NPPG X and Y series filter, to provide customers with more options. 
X series is to improve the overall service life.
Y series is to provide higher removing rate.
