Hollow Fiber Humidifier
Description
Boost battery with higher proton conductivity
In order to maintain higher proton conductivity, the PEM should be kept wet, otherwise the dry reaction gas will reduce the internal moisture of the PEM, leading to dehydration, or even damage of the PEM, which will lead to the decline of battery power, performance degradation, or even shutdown. To ensure the continuous and stable operation of fuel cells, it is necessary to use a humidifier with certain humidifying capacity to humidify the air entering the fuel cell.
Hollow Fiber Membrane
The PES fiber membrane structure with a hollow structure effectively increases the contact area of the permeable gas membrane. The hollow membrane is made of super hydrophilic modified PES material, which can achieve high
water permeability.
PES material itself has good corrosion resistance and high-temperature resistance, which can meet the long-term use of humidifiers under internal temperature. The material has high strength and can withstand high pressure of 300kPa; The membrane has excellent aging resistance and has
been tested with a service life of over 7000 hours.
Shell Design
The material shell is made of glass fiber reinforced PPO material, with high structural strength and strong pressure resistance, whichcan effectively reduce volume and save pore size. The internal design adopts CAE flow channel, effectively ensuring the transmission efficiency of H2O and reliable performance.
