Seeking Truth and Innovation, Powering the Filter Future | Cobetter Open Day Recap

2026.03.13 57

On March 13, as spring was in full swing, Cobetter’s factory welcomed a group of energetic visitors—outstanding students from Zhejiang University. Filled with curiosity and imagination about the professional world, they stepped into a real working environment. Through a factory tour, lab exploration, and alumni sharing sessions, they immersed themselves in Cobetter’s corporate culture and technological charm, kicking off an exclusive Open Day just for them.

To make sure the students arrived comfortably, the company thoughtfully arranged round-trip shuttle bus service. Even more delightful—each student received a carefully prepared welcome gift upon arrival. This thoughtful gesture instantly bridged the distance and marked the official start of their exploration journey..

Opening Address: High Hopes for the Future

At the beginning of the event, Tiger, the company’s HR Director, delivered a warm welcome speech. On behalf of Cobetter, he sincerely welcomed theteachers and students from Zhejiang University and shared the company’s strategic layout and future vision within the industry. “Talent is the core driver of innovation and development. We highly value our partnership with Zhejiang University and look forward to more Zhejiang University members who seek truth and innovation joining us to write a new chapter together.”

Alumni Sharing: From Campus to Career

Then came the highly anticipated alumni sharing session. Four outstanding alumni who graduated from Zhejiang University took the stage one by one to have genuine conversations with the current students.

Alumnus C shared why he chose Cobetter based on his own experience: the company offers truly challenging projects and a team that cares about personal growth. His reflection on working in R&D: Cobetter provides continuous growth opportunities for engineers—from mentorship to diverse project experiences—allowing everyone to deepen their expertise through real practice.

Alumna L used the theme “My Story with Cobetter” to sincerely recount her transformation from campus to workplace. She said she chose Cobetter because she strongly identified with the industry prospects and was drawn to the company’s open, pragmatic, and growth-oriented culture. What benefited her even more was the chance to try out different applications beyond her core field—she was able to broaden her technical horizons across various projects and explore more possibilities for her profession.

Alumna G shared her journey from a fresh graduate to a fully capable engineer at Cobetter. She noted that the company provides clear promotion paths and rotation opportunities for newcomers. A high tolerance for mistakes gave her the confidence to try new things and grow quickly. The systematic thinking she developed in quality management also helped her handle complex problems more calmly in daily life. In addition, working with high-end clients allowed her to gain insights into industry frontiers and continuously expand her professional vision.

Alumna D shared her growth insights as a sales engineer in the life sciences field. She clarified common misconceptions about sales—it’s not about socializing or pushing products, but about solving customer problems based on professional expertise, building long-term trust, and precisely matching products to needs. In her view, there’s no fixed formula for sales; the key is to develop your own style by leveraging your strengths. Thanks to the company’s flat management and strong learning culture, she quickly transformed from a student mindset into a professional who can seamlessly switch between technical and business roles.

After the sharing session, the students split into two groups (A and B) and began their lab exploration. From precision instruments to cutting-edge R&D projects, they experienced firsthand the company’s strong research atmosphere and technological capabilities.

Later, the group moved to the company’s exhibition hall. With a detailed explanation from the guide, they walked through displays and exhibits, gaining a comprehensive understanding of Cobetter’s development history, core technological achievements, and diverse application scenarios—a vivid picture of the company unfolded before them.

Facing the Future: A Two-Way Connection

In the afternoon, the most anticipated part of the day arrived—on-site interviews. Unlike typical interviews, the Open Day interviews felt more like in-depth conversations. Senior interviewers from various business departments not only listened attentively to the students’ ideas but also proactively shared their teams’ work, career development paths, and the company’s talent cultivation system. Here, an interview was not a one-sided evaluation but an opportunity for both sides to get to know each other better.

As the final interview concluded, the Zhejiang University Open Day came to a successful close.
